FAQ
﷯What are your Health Requirements? To minimize communicable diseases, we require that all guests be current on their DHPP, Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations prior to their arrival. We also require regular flea prevention and internal parasite testing. My dog needs medication. Can you administer that and is there an additional fee? If you provide us the medication, with specific instructions, we will take care of it and there will never be an additional fee! What if my dog gets sick while at the Camp? We have close relationships with several local veterinarians. If your dog becomes ill or needs veterinary attention, we will try to contact you to apprise you of the situation and/or seek veterinary care. What if my dog isn’t social with other dogs? If your dog prefers to play alone, that isn’t a problem. We have separate yards and he will still be able to have exercise / play time. What should I bring for my dog? To minimize stomach upset, campers are required to bring their own food, in a sealed container, with feeding instructions. We do have a refrigerator, freezer and microwave to accommodate special diets. While you can send a favorite bed or blanket (with a zip off cover so we can launder), it is not necessary as we offer premium bedding to each of our guests. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash or check. What are your hours? There is someone onsite 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. to noon and Sunday we are open for pick up/drop off from noon to 1:00 p.m. We are closed for business the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Do you offer any additional services? Yes! For an additional fee we do offer the following: Shuttle Service Our shuttles provide pickup and delivery service to the Metroplex and surrounding areas on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Service is also offered in the Granbury area Monday through Saturday. Brush Out and Bubble Bath We will give your dog a brush out and a bubble bath prior to coming home so they are fresh and clean! Nail Trim We can give your dog a pedicure to clean up those long, sharp nails. Transportation We can transport your dog to visit a veterinarian, pick up food if they are running low or take them to your groomer at your request.
